These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ggggloballlc.com (the “Website”), which is operated by GGG Global LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GGG Global,” “we,” “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Information only — no offer or solicitation
The Website provides general information about GGG Global and its activities. Nothing on the Website is, or should be read as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, interest in any fund or vehicle, or other investment product or service, in any jurisdiction. Any such offer may be made only to qualified persons, by means of definitive offering documents and agreements, and only where the law permits. Those documents, and not the Website, govern any investment.
No advice and no relationship
Nothing on the Website is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation of any kind. Consult your own professional advisers before making any decision.
Using the Website, or contacting us through it, does not create an advisory, fiduciary, client, partnership or other relationship between you and GGG Global. Any such relationship exists only under a written agreement signed by both parties.
Forward-looking statements and risk
The Website may describe goals, strategies, plans and expectations. These are forward-looking statements: they reflect current views, involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially. We do not undertake to update them.
Past performance, whether ours or anyone else's, does not guarantee future results. Every investment involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the Website accurate, but it may contain errors or omissions and may not reflect recent developments. Photographs and illustrations may be representative rather than depictions of actual assets or projects. We may change or remove content at any time without notice. Do not rely on the Website as the basis for any decision.
Intellectual property
The Website and its content — including the GGG Global name, emblem and logos, text, graphics, photographs and design — belong to GGG Global or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other use, including copying, modifying, distributing or framing the Website, or using our name or marks, requires our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or the systems that run it, or interfere with its operation, including by introducing malicious code or by automated collection that places an unreasonable load on it;
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent an affiliation with GGG Global;
- use the contact form to send spam or unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
What you send us
If you send us information through the Website, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information — such as a business plan or proposal you regard as confidential — unless we have first agreed in writing to receive it in confidence. Otherwise we have no obligation to keep it confidential, and we may use ideas you share without obligation to you.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and all of its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGG Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGG Global and its members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, investment or opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Website or any reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGG Global and its members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@ggggloballlc.com and to try in good faith, for at least 30 days, to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page; the “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GGG Global concerning the Website.
The Website is offered in several languages for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.
